Instructions
- Remove rind from watermelon and cut into 1-inch cubes
- Freeze watermelon chunks for 4-5 hours or overnight
- Combine frozen watermelon, lime juice, and ice in a high-powered blender
- Blend until smooth and creamy, using tamper as needed
- Serve immediately in chilled glasses
Notes
- Adjust lime juice to taste preference
- For thinner consistency, add small amounts of cold water
