Sweet summer peaches meet tangy lemons in this refreshing Peach Lemonade. The perfect balance of fruity sweetness and bright citrus makes this the ultimate summer sipper!

For the Lemonade Base:
- 1½ cups granulated sugar
- 8 cups water
- 1½ cups fresh lemon juice (about 8–10 lemons)
For the Peach Mixture:
- 4–5 ripe peaches, pitted and sliced
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves, plus more for garnish
- Lemon slices and peach slices for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine the sugar and water, stirring until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Add the fresh lemon juice to the sugar water and stir well to combine.
- Set aside approximately ¼ of the peach slices for garnish.
- In a blender, combine the remaining peach slices, 1 cup of the prepared lemonade, and 1 tablespoon of fresh mint leaves. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the peach mixture into the pitcher with the lemonade. For a smoother texture, strain through a fine-mesh sieve.
- Add the reserved peach slices and lemon slices to the pitcher.
- Refrigerate until cold or serve immediately over ice.
- Garnish individual glasses with fresh mint sprigs and additional peach slices if desired.
Notes
- For a sparkling version, substitute half the water with sparkling water or club soda.
- To make an adult version, add ½ cup of vodka, white rum, or bourbon to the pitcher.
- This recipe keeps well in the refrigerator for 5-7 days.
- Leftover lemonade makes delicious popsicles!
