- 20 oz (566.99 g) canned crushed pineapple, well-drained

- 8 oz (226.8 g) Cool Whip
- ½ cup (58.5 g) walnuts, finely chopped
- Chocolate syrup (to drizzle)
- Maraschino cherries (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare the Crust
- Grease a 9×13-inch dish to prevent sticking.
- In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until evenly moistened.
- Press the mixture firmly into the dish to form a crust. Chill in the refrigerator while you prepare the next layer.
- Create the Cream Cheese Layer
- Beat cream cheese and sugar together on medium speed until light and fluffy (about 3 minutes).
- Gently fold in the Cool Whip until smooth and creamy.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the chilled crust, creating an even layer.
- Layer the Fruits
- Arrange banana slices in a single layer over the cream cheese filling.
- Add an even layer of crushed pineapple, followed by a layer of sliced strawberries.
- Top It Off
- Spread Cool Whip over the fruit layers, smoothing it into a fluffy, cloud-like finish.
- Sprinkle with chopped walnuts for a delightful crunch, drizzle with chocolate syrup, and crown each slice with a maraschino cherry.
- Chill and Serve
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight) to allow the flavors to meld and the layers to set.
- Slice into squares and serve chilled.
Notes
- Substitute fresh whipped cream for Cool Whip if desired, but keep in mind it’s best enjoyed within 2 days.
- To prevent bananas from browning, lightly coat them with lemon or pineapple juice before layering.
