This mildly savory green smoothie is packed with skin-loving ingredients like kiwi, avocado, and spinach for a refreshing and nourishing boost!
Ingredients

- 6 kiwi fruit, peeled
- 3 cucumbers, chopped
- 2 avocados, peeled and destoned
- 3 limes, peeled
- 120g baby spinach leaves
- A big handful of mint leaves (about 1/2 cup packed)
- 3 cups chilled coconut water
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to the jug of a blender.
- Blend until very smooth.
- Fill in 5 X 325ml lidded glass jars.
- Will keep fresh in the fridge for up to 5 days.
Notes
- This is intentionally not a sweet smoothie. For added sweetness, try adding a teaspoon of Manuka honey to your serving.
- For a thicker consistency, freeze the peeled kiwi before blending.
- Make sure your coconut water is chilled for the most refreshing result.
