Ingredients
• 1 pint cookie dough ice cream
• 10 Ferrero Rocher chocolates, roughly chopped
• ½ cup M&M’s candies
• Chocolate syrup, for drizzling
• Whipped cream, for topping
Instructions
1️⃣ Let It Soften:
• Take the cookie dough ice cream out of the freezer and let it sit on the counter for 10-15 minutes. This will make it easier to mix, and you’ll appreciate the softer texture later!
2️⃣ Mix the Magic:
• In a large bowl, combine the softened ice cream with the chopped Ferrero Rocher chocolates and M&M’s. Stir gently to spread those crunchy, chocolatey bits throughout.
3️⃣ Smooth & Transfer:
• Scoop the mixture into a freezer-safe container and smooth the top with a spatula. Make it nice and even so each scoop is as perfect as the last!
4️⃣ Drizzle with Goodness:
• Drizzle chocolate syrup over the top like a decadent chocolate waterfall. Don’t be shy—go all out!
5️⃣ Freeze Time:
• Cover the container with a lid or plastic wrap, and freeze for 2-3 hours until it’s firm and ready to scoop.
6️⃣ Scoop & Enjoy:
• Scoop out your creamy, chocolatey masterpiece into bowls or cones. Top with whipped cream for the ultimate indulgence.
Notes
• For extra decadence, throw in a handful of chocolate chips or caramel chunks to make it even more irresistible.
• Layer fudge sauce in the container before freezing for a swirl of extra chocolatey goodness!
