Ingredients
For the Frappe:
โข 1 cup frozen dragonfruit cubes (pitaya) 

โข 1 cup frozen strawberries 

โข 1 cup coconut milk (or any milk of your choice) 

โข ยฝ cup vanilla Greek yogurt 

โข 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup 

โข 1 cup ice cubes 

For the Swirl:
โข ยฝ cup strawberry puree (from fresh or frozen strawberries) 

โข 1 teaspoon sugar (optional) 

โข 1 tablespoon lemon juice 

Toppings:
โข Whipped cream 

โข Fresh dragonfruit slices or strawberry halves 



โข Optional: chia seeds or edible glitter for a bit of sparkle 

Instructions

โข Heat the strawberry puree, sugar (if using), and lemon juice in a small saucepan over medium heat.
โข Cook for 3-5 minutes until slightly thickened. Then, remove from heat and let it cool completely.

โข In a blender, combine the frozen dragonfruit, frozen strawberries, coconut milk, vanilla Greek yogurt, honey, and ice cubes.
โข Blend until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust the sweetness with a little more honey if desired! 


โข Drizzle the cooled strawberry swirl mixture around the inside of two tall glasses, allowing it to coat the sides for a beautiful, vibrant swirl effect. 


โข Pour the dragonfruit-strawberry frappe into the prepared glasses.
โข Gently swirl to mix the strawberry swirl with the frappe, creating a colorful, tropical look. 

Notes

Top with whipped cream and garnish with fresh dragonfruit slices or strawberry halves for a fun and fruity finish! Sip and savor as the tropical flavors whisk you away to paradise!
