For the Cookie Crust:

  • 1 package (16 oz) Pillsbury™ Ready to Bake!™ Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough (24 count)

For the Cheesecake Filling:

  • 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs

For the Nutella Swirl:

  • 1/3 cup Nutella® hazelnut spread with cocoa

Instructions

1. Prepare the Cookie Crust:

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Arrange the cookie dough pieces evenly in an ungreased 13×9-inch baking pan.
  • Press the dough to form an even crust.
  • Bake for 9 to 13 minutes until lightly golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes.

2. Make the Cheesecake Filling:

  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and eggs until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour the cheesecake mixture over the cooled cookie crust, spreading it evenly.

3. Add the Nutella Swirls:

  • Slightly warm the Nutella in the microwave for 10 to 20 seconds until softened.
  • Drop small spoonfuls of Nutella over the cheesecake layer.
  • Use a knife to gently swirl the Nutella, creating a marbled effect.

4. Bake and Chill:

  • Bake the cheesecake bars for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the filling is set.
  • Allow to cool at room temperature for 30 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours until fully chilled.

5. Serve:

  • Cut into 8 rows by 4 rows to create 32 bars.
  • Store covered in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

  • For Extra Flavor: Sprinkle chopped hazelnuts or chocolate chips on top before baking.
