For the Cookie Crust:
- 1 package (16 oz) Pillsbury™ Ready to Bake!™ Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough (24 count)
For the Cheesecake Filling:
- 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
For the Nutella Swirl:
- 1/3 cup Nutella® hazelnut spread with cocoa
Instructions
1. Prepare the Cookie Crust:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Arrange the cookie dough pieces evenly in an ungreased 13×9-inch baking pan.
- Press the dough to form an even crust.
- Bake for 9 to 13 minutes until lightly golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes.
2. Make the Cheesecake Filling:
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and eggs until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the cooled cookie crust, spreading it evenly.
3. Add the Nutella Swirls:
- Slightly warm the Nutella in the microwave for 10 to 20 seconds until softened.
- Drop small spoonfuls of Nutella over the cheesecake layer.
- Use a knife to gently swirl the Nutella, creating a marbled effect.
4. Bake and Chill:
- Bake the cheesecake bars for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the filling is set.
- Allow to cool at room temperature for 30 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours until fully chilled.
5. Serve:
- Cut into 8 rows by 4 rows to create 32 bars.
- Store covered in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

- For Extra Flavor: Sprinkle chopped hazelnuts or chocolate chips on top before baking.
