Ingredients

• 1 cup mini chocolate chips
• ½ cup M&M’s

Instructions
– Beat butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth and creamy.
– Add vanilla, then gradually mix in flour and salt until dough forms.
– Fold in mini chocolate chips and M&M’s.
– Press half of the dough into a 9-inch springform pan for the crust. Freeze for 30 minutes.
– Spread softened chocolate ice cream over the frozen cookie crust and freeze for 30 minutes.
– Spread softened vanilla ice cream over the chocolate layer and freeze again for 30 minutes.
– Whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
– Spread whipped cream over the top layer of ice cream.
– Sprinkle mini chocolate chips and M&M’s, finishing with a drizzle of chocolate syrup.
– Freeze for a few hours until fully set.
