For the Burritos:
- 4 medium flour tortillas

- Top each portion of chicken with avocado slices, tomato slices, and a sprinkle of shredded cheese.
- Drizzle 2-3 tablespoons of the cilantro yogurt ranch sauce over each assembled burrito.
- Fold in the sides of the tortillas and roll tightly to form burritos. Secure with toothpicks if necessary.
- Optional: Heat a skillet over medium-low heat and lightly toast the wrapped burritos for 1-2 minutes per side until golden.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken or leftover cooked chicken for a quicker preparation.
- Store assembled burritos in the refrigerator for up to three days.
- For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lime juice to the ranch sauce.
- Make it spicy by adding hot sauce or diced jalapeños.
- For a lower-carb option, use lettuce wraps instead of tortillas.
